Traditionally, one of the challenges that the US Federal Emergency Management Association has in responding to emergencies is that they do not have equipment stored and ready to use when disasters hit, like hurricane Katrina. Ultimate Image was contracted to develop a 3D animation that would demonstrate the concept of disaster response to the client. This 3 minute video combines the medium of live footage, CGI, and music to create a visual experience of the product’s unique capability.
